Youth Alliance provides innovative, culturally relevant services to strengthen youth, families and communities. The organization serves youth and families, many from the area’s large population of migrant farm workers. It utilizes restorative justice practices focused on generational healing which puts social justice at the core of its programs.

With the help of PropelNext, Youth Alliance is becoming a more data-driven organization, looking deeply at its systems, data collection, and model to strengthen and expand its programs. Specifically, Youth Alliance is using data to improve its programming and demonstrate its success.
