PropelNext works with partners that share our vision and commitment to helping nonprofits transform the lives of disadvantaged youth.
Through these partnerships we are reaching more grantees, building a vibrant community of organizations committed to using data for learning and improvement, and strengthening the youth development field.
PropelNext’s California Partnership was initiated by five foundations – the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, the Sobrato Family Foundation, Weingart Foundation and the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation – and delivered the PropelNext program to 15 grantees from Southern and Northern California in the California 2018 cohort.
Four of those foundations have been joined by the Heising-Simons Foundation to support the Northern California 2021 grantee cohort, a new group of nonprofits, concentrated this time on organizations serving disadvantaged youth in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The RISE Partnership (Readiness, Implementation, Sustainability for Effectiveness) is a collaboration with United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, The Scattergood Foundation and other funders designed to strengthen nonprofit organizations in the Philadelphia region.
