LeadWell Partners is a national coaching and consulting firm that helps nonprofits and emerging businesses build the capacity to design and execute strategy, navigate and manage change, and use data to improve performance. Their “client-centered” approach draws on a robust network of “been there, done that” professionals who bring to their work a unique mix of experience in organizational development and leadership, deep understanding of the nonprofit sector, strong management and specialized technical expertise.
LeadWell Partners includes seasoned professionals with extensive experience in developing and implementing performance management systems and processes, including dashboards, score cards and portals and other data driven learning tools to support continuous improvement. LeadWell Partners was co-founded by Elizabeth Reilinger, Ph.D., who serves as Managing Partner.
