Huckleberry Youth Programs

San Francisco, CA
Executive Director: Doug Styles
Co-Investor: The William & Flora Hewlett Foundation

Huckleberry Youth Programs educates, inspires, and supports underserved youth to develop healthy life choices,  maximize their potential, and  realize their dreams.

The agency provides a full spectrum of services to 6,500 youth annually in San Francisco and Marin counties. Its programs include a comprehensive assessment center for arrested youth, an emergency shelter for abused and runaway youth, multi-service health and counseling clinics, and college access and job-readiness programming. Huckleberry staff members are attentive to the urgency and complexity of their clients’ needs, respectful of their values and culture, and committed to helping youth become healthy, productive adults.
