A multi-service organization, Youth Services of Tulsa (YST) assists homeless youth through a continuum of care.
The goal of the program is for youth obtain and retain employment, transition into and maintain permanent housing, and become self-sufficient members of the community.

YST’s Transitional Living Program, which was the focus of the PropelNext work, provides housing, case management, job readiness and employment services, and life skills instruction to homeless youth ages 17 to 24.
Services are person-centered, community-based and include an apartment to live in, a skills development plan, and counseling to help homeless youth transition successfully to adult life. The Transitional Living Program has identified that 90 percent of youth were in school and/or employed at program completion and 100 percent of youth were stably housed 6 months post program for the 2017 fiscal year.
