PropelNext Program Evaluations
We are committed to ongoing evaluations of PropelNext, both so we can learn how to improve the program and to share our findings with the field. We are encouraged by early results that show that in most instances, PropelNext’s emphasis on infusing cultures with data-driven learning has taken root and is flourishing.
Our research partner is Harder + Company Community Research. Harder’s initial assessments show that alumni from our 2015 cohort are not only honing their programs and expanding services to reach more youth, but they are also growing their revenues and increasing opportunities for impact. Early results indicate that the California 2018 grantees will follow a similar trajectory of development.
