Our Selection Process

PropelNext uses a competitive, rigorous process to identify and assess candidates and select our grantees.

PropelNext grantees are successful youth-serving organizations already making a difference in the lives of disadvantaged youth. We search for potential grantees by reaching out to a broad network of funders, leading providers and practitioners, evaluators and other experts. We also conduct independent research and mine our own database.

Learn more about PropelNext‘s Eligibility Requirements.

To be eligible for PropelNext, an organization must have been in operation for at least three years, have strong leadership and management capacity, and a promising program that serves young people with significant risk factors. We seek out organizations that are committed to learning and open to rethinking significant elements of their programs.
